June 26, 1868. J. H. Estabrook & J. E. Bates, Esq's. Denver, Colorado Terr. Gentlemen: The Attorney General adinterim directs me to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 8th instant, containing charges of official misconduct on the part of the United States Attorney for Colorado Territory.
