The Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to three hundred dollars, ($300:) of Charles Case, Esq. for legal services as special counsel for the United States in the case of the United States vs. George Schultz, et al. and to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
