July 18, 1868. The Secretary of the Interior. Sir: I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to One hundred and eighty‑three dollars and forty three cents, ($183:43,) of John M. Binckley, Esq. for legal services for legal services from July 1st to July 20th inclusive, rendered at the request of the Attorney General; and to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
