Deputy Comptroller of the Currency.

Sir:

The account of Charles Case, Esq. of New Orleans, Attorney at law, for his services as special counsel of the United States, by assignment and order of the court, with the consent of the Dist. Attorney, has been approved for the sum of three hundred dollars, being the fee taxed by the court, and forwarded to the Secretary of the Interior for due settlement.
