September 2, 1868. Hon. W. T. Otto, Acting Secretary of the Interior. Sir: I have the honor to return herewith the adjudication of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and other papers, in the matter of the suspended land entry of John W. Gray, which were received with your letter of the 26th ult.,— and to state that the action of the commissioner has been approved by this Office.
