An acc't for professional services rendered by you as ass't counsel to Sam'l L. Riggs, U. S. Attorney for Kansas, has been referred to this office for approval. You will please transmit duplicate copies of the acc't. and a copy of the letter empowering the Dist. Attorney to employ counsel, as you mention.
