Secretary of the Treasury.
Sir:
I have the honor to request you to issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States in favor of Bushrod Birch, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of One hundred and twenty seven, 50/100 Dollars, ($127:50,) and charge the same to the appropriation made by Act of March 3, 1865, "to provide for the publication of the Opinions of the Attorneys General of the U. S." (13 Stat. p. 514.)
