Sir:

Your letter of the 28th ultimo, relative to the case of Fred'k Bronson, v. Peter Rodes, requesting the Attorney General to enter an appearance for Mr. Rodes, if it should be necessary, has been received by the Attorney Gen'l., who directs me to reply that he will duly attend to your request.
