March 13, 1869. Hon. Thos. J. Drake, Asso. Just. Supreme Court, Utah T. Sir: In view of the circumstances set forth in your letter of the 12th inst. & in accordance with the request contained therein, I am directed by the Attorney General to say that your leave of absence is hereby extended to the first day of June, 1869.
