In reply to your letter of the 23d inst. inquiring if papers in the case of the U. S.,vs. O. A. Keehler, late Postmaster, &c., have been received at this Office, I am directed to say that the papers in the case have been received, and that the case was continued from the December term, 1868, of the Supreme Court, to the coming term.
