I send enclosed herewith a letter from Frank M. Pixley, Esq., U. S. Attorney at San Francisco, California, relating to the suit of Black vs. Mansfield, et.al., involving the title to the Island of Yerba Buena.

Will you please return the letter to this office when you have no further use for it?
