January 24, 1870. Hon. Moses Hallett, Chief Justice, Sup. Court, C. T. Sir: I am directed by the Attorney General to say that you are hereby granted leave of absence form your Judicial District for sixty days from Feb'y 3, proximo, as requested in your letter of the 17th inst.
