February 21, 1870 Hon. Hamilton Fish, Secretary of State. Sir: I have the honor to transmit herewith the account approved by me, and amounting to Fifty dollars, ($50:) of Hiram Willey, Esq., U. S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, for services, in the matter of the seizure of the schooners Fanny and Winona. Very respectfully, your obedient servant, E. R. Hoar, Attorney General.
