Gentlemen:

The books mentioned in your letter of yesterday's date as having been forwarded by express were received to-day.

You are requested to furnish us with another copy of "Hoffman's Land Cases," provided it can be done at the same price, $10. In regard to the Alabama Reports referred to in a previous letter, we have concluded to let you furnish them also, believing you will do so at as reasonable a figure as it is possible under all the circumstances.
