Sir:

In number 318 on the docket of the present term of the Supreme Court, being United States plaintiff, against James Tynen—and in number 384, being William T. Avery plaintiff in error, against the United States—will you kindly have the transcripts of record printed, and send me a copy as soon as printed; as an application has been made to have these suits advanced on the docket—and I wish to have the transcripts printed in case such motion is made and granted.
