Albany, N. Y.

In the suit of David M. Osborne, and another against Joseph Gates, assessor, &c., now in United States Supreme Court, on filing the declaration was there any praecipe or summons or process issued by the Circuit Court, and served upon the defendant? answer by telegraph.
