Sir:

I am directed by the Attorney General to request that you will have printed a transcript of the record in the case of C. Case, receiver, &c. appellant, vs. A. Tirrell & Co., et. al., No. 299, and a copy furnished to this office.—An application has been made to him to have the case advanced for argument at this term, and he desires to examine the record, before deciding on it.
