Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me and amounting to thirty three dollars, and twenty five cents, of L. F. Kellogg, Clerk of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin for fees in the matter of the petition of Abijah Tarble, for a writ of habeas corpus, &c.
