July 18, 1870. Hon. Roger S. Greene, Latrobe, Pa. Sir: In reply to your request of the 16th inst. I am directed to state that your Commission as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, was sent you on the 16th inst. to Kenosha, Wis. Very respectfully, M. F. Pleasants, Ch.
