Sir:
I have received your letter of the 20th ult. requesting leave of absence from your Territory for two months after the close of the session of the Supreme Court of that Territory in December, and prior to the next session of your next Court, to wit: the District Court, which will sit in April, 1871—and stating urgent personal reasons for the application.
The desired leave is granted.
