Sir:
Your letter of the 9th instant, reporting your difficulties in getting desired information from Mr. Sapp, the U. S. District Attorney, has been received. Your complaint has been made the subject of a communication to Mr. Sapp, which I hope will put an end to all difficulty in the matter. Should you encounter further embarrassment of the same sort, you will please report it to this office.
