Sir:
I have the honor to enclose herewith, for such action as may be deemed by you advisable, a copy of a letter addressed to this Department on the 28th instant, by the Attorney of the United States for the District of Massachusetts.—also a copy of a letter to him from J. W. Perry, Esq. relative to certain land at Fort Point, Gloucester, the title to which you desired, in your letter of the 22d instant, to have examined.
