March 31, 1871. Hon. D. S. Wade, Columbus, Ohio. Sir: Under the circumstances suggested in your letter of the 29th instant, I see no objection to postponing your qualification as Judge in Montana until May. Very respectfully, A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
