I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to $482:90, of Oscar Folsom, for services as Assistant to Wm. Dorsheimer, Esq. U. S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York, from March 3d, 1869 to May 31st 1869, inclusive,—and to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
