Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to One hundred dollars, of T. Hennessey, Esq. for services in assisting S. F. Beach, Esq., U. S. Attorney for the District of Virginia, during spring sessions of the U. S. Courts at Richmond, Va.; and to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
