I have received your letter of the 27th ultimo, enclosing the affidavit of Don Manuel Castro, obtained by you in accordance with the instructions of this Department, of the 9th ult.
The bill transmitted by you for obtaining this affidavit has been approved, and a draft for the amount thereof will be sent to you in the regular course of business.
