Nov. 10, 1871. John D. Pope, Esq. U. S. Attorney, Atlanta, Geo. Sir: I have received your letter of the 2d inst. in relation to the increase of the judicial force in Georgia, and will press the matter on the attention of members of Congress. Very respectfully, A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
