Dec. 19, 1871. C. W. C. Rowell, Esq. U. S. Attorney, Tucson, Arizona Terr. Sir: In answer to yours of the 25th ultimo, I have to say that on the 7th and 13th instants there were remitted to Mr. Dickason, Marshal of your Territory, Five thousand seven hundred and ninety nine dollars, ($5799)—and Three hundred and forty nine dollars, respectively. Very respectfully, A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
