Some weeks since the Secretary of the Treasury sent to this Department a letter passing duty free some books for the Library of the Attorney General.
This letter I enclosed to you with a request that you forward the books to this Department.
Since that time, we have heard nothing in relation to the matter.
Will you be so kind as to give the subject your attention.
