Sept. 11, 1871. J. A. Dupray, Esq. Washington, D. C. Sir: Under your detail by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, you will proceed to Raleigh, N. C., and there report such proceedings at the term of the U. S. Circuit Court, to commence on the 13th instant, as Judge Bond shall desire to have reported.
