Oct. 25, 1871. Messrs. Hoe & Bro. Washington, D. C. Gentlemen: I am directed by the Solicitor General and Acting Attorney General to inform you that the rooms heretofore occupied by the offices of this Department in your building on F. street, have been vacated. Very respectfully, A. J. Falls, Chief Clerk.
