Nov. 7, 1871. Hon. J. W. Fisher, Chief Justice, Wyoming Terr. Sir: I am directed by the Attorney General to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 1st inst. transmitting a copy of your official oath, and referring to a mistake made in your Christian name in your Commission. If you will return the Commission to me, I will have the proper correction made Very respectfully, A. J. Falls, Chief Clerk.
