Hon. E. G. Bradford, U.S. District Judge, Wilmington, Del. Sir: I am directed by the Attorney General to acknowledge the receipt of your letter transmitting your oath of office, and to inform you that you should also take (and transmit a copy thereof) the oath prescribed by the Act of July 2d, 1862, (12th U.S. Stats. p. 502.) Very respectfully, A. J. Falls, Chief Clerk.
