Sir:

I am directed by the President to request you to issue Commissions, agreeably to the enclosed resolution of the Senate as follows:

Cornelius Hedges to be Attorney of the United States for the Territory of Montana.

D. J. Baldwin to be Attorney of the U.S. for the Eastern District of Texas.

Roland G. Usher to be Marshal of the U.S. for the District of Massachusetts.

James Henry to be Marshal of the U.S. for the Western District of Michigan.
