I have received your letter of the 8th inst. informing me that you have selected for the publication of the Laws &c. of The United States in Arkansas, "The State Journal" at Little Rock, and "Republican," at Pine Bluff, in place of the "Mountain Echo," at Fayetteville, and the "Free Press" at Forest City.
