Sir:
I have the honor to enclose herewith for your information, and for such suggestion as you may see fit to make, a copy of a letter addressed to this Department under date of the 20th instant by J. H. Standish, Esq. the Attorney of the U.S. for the Western Dist. of Michigan, relative to trespassers on certain lands in Michigan which have been withdrawn from market railroad purposes.
Before this Department takes any action it would be pleased to have your suggestions relative to the same.
