I have been urged to direct the dismissal of the appeal in the case of Sheldon W. Wight, vs. The United States.

Will you report to me an outline of the case, and your judgment upon the propriety of dismissing the appeal, unless such a report has already been made from your office; and in that case please refer me to the report by date.
