Sir:
The District Attorney of Georgia informs me that he will need as evidence for the United States in the prosecution against T. P. Robb in the Southern District of Georgia, certified copies of certain papers in the Treasury Department, a memorandum of which is enclosed.
I respectfully request that the copies be furnished immediately to the District Attorney, John D. Pope, Esq. Savannah, Georgia.
