Nov. 23, 1871. Hon. Geo. S. Boutwell, Secretary of the Treasury. Sir: I herewith transmit for your information the copy of a letter dated November 1st, 1871, from C. W. C. Rowell, Esq. District Attorney for Arizona in relation to alleged misconduct of Mr. Coles Bushfort, Secretary of that Territory; and I respectfully request that a copy of Mr. Bushfort's vouchers for expenditures may be furnished the District Attorney in pursuance of his request.
