Nov. 23, 1871. Hon. C. Delano, Secretary of the Interior. Sir: I herewith transmit for your information the copy of a letter dated November 1st, 1871, received at this Department from C. W. Rowell, Esq., U.S. Attorney for Arizona, in relation to the Camp Grant massacre. Very respectfully &c. A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
